Membership
All Member Service Agreements are for 5 years. Each person listed on the agreement will be issued a membership card to be used for their personal use.
Renewal
1st Renewal Agreement – At the end of the first 5-year term, members may renew their membership for another 5-year term.
Current Renewal Agreement – For members who have been with the cooperative for 10 consecutive years or more, our current renewal option has not changed. With any 5-year term hereafter, if 5 purchases are made or if any of the purchases reach $2000.00 by the completion of any 5-year term, you have qualified for your next 5-year term. If you are not sure of your current purchases, you may call or e-mail prior to the completion of any 5-year term to check the status of your purchases.
To renew, all forms will be sent to your home. Once the forms are signed and received, your account will be updated and new membership cards will be issued for your next 5-year term.
New Option $100 Renewal Agreement – Our newest option to renew for $100.00 is offered to our 10 consecutive years or more members that have not qualified under the current renewal option by the completion of any 5-year term. If you are not sure of your current purchases, you may call or e-mail prior to the completion of any 5-year term to check the status of your purchases.

Senior Citizen Agreement – Any member that is age 65 or older by the completion of any 5-year term will have qualified for the next 5-year term at no charge.

Store Specials and Information
Home Supply Cooperative will use this area to communicate to our member's information of events, store specials, or other information our members need to know. We encourage you to go to this site for any updated member information or announcement about your cooperative. In addition if there is any significant information our members need to know we will notify you by mailing a newsletter to your home.

Home Supply Cooperative is committed to protect the information we obtain about our members, as required by the federal financial information privacy act. The law applies to information obtained about persons who have a financial or renewal agreement with us. It does not apply to information about you that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.
We do not disclose any personal information about our members or former members to any person or business, which includes names, address, credit card information, e-mail address or any other information, except which may be required by law.
We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information.
